Why does my H264 files Pulsate??
When i export h264 using compressor or FCP they pulsate with artifacts. Its like every second like a glitch..
any ideas why? I encoded at 1,024kbits.

Need more info. What was your original sequence settings and how did you export to H264?

It’s probably the keyframe setting in the export options box. Trying changing it to “automatic.” I also generally set the data rate to “automatic” and use the quality slider to control the file size. But this approach may not be suitable for everyone’s needs — try some tests and see what works for you.
