  Why does it happen ?

  Let me try to explain what happen.

  I shot this video in 16:9 with my miniDV.
  In Vegas I was trying to do the following:
  Mask a person and apply video “fx add noise” to the background.So copied and pasted the same video

  one on top of the other.The upper one with the mask and the lower with the Fx effect.All was fine

  until I rendered in “Dv ntsc wide screen” which had always worked for me.The result was the upper

  image was very degraded.So I turned off the mask and all was fine again.Since I had no idea why was

  that happening so I gave it another try using the avi uncompressed mode and it worked.I would

  appreciate if someone could elucidate this.Thank you for your attention.

  ps.Sorry about my poor English.I don’t even know if I made myself understood.
