  Why do Mac PS layers not copy over to PC PS?

  I have created layers in PS CS5 for a project on my iMac. The project must be printed from a PC running PS CS5. When my work is opened on the PC the layers appear to have combined into one layer. What can I do to separate the layers on the PC?
