Why cant I rotate this spline?
So i have made a spline, copied it and i need to rotate it 90 degress but when i hit R on the spline it doesnt show me the rotate wheel, I cant move it either

It’s because you are in “Points” mode. Select “Model” mode to be able to move and rotate your spline.
