Why aren’t my posts getting to the boards?
I am having a problem with my Adobe CC programs. I have updated all programs, drivers, and done the various updates with windows but for whatever reason, my software still crashes somewhat regularly. This usually happens when I go to “save as” or “open” another file. I have tried the whole open as administrator and clear preferences and stuff – no luck.
The primary place I’m having the issue is my laptop. It’s an HP DV6 with 8gb ram and an i7.

10 to 1 it’s an issue with your computer. If it were 1 or 2 apps here and there, it could be a software issue, but, since it’s all your Adobe apps, it’s likely an issue with Windows or the computer itself (driver, conflicting software, virus, bad system file, DLL, etc., etc. and way too much to go into in this forum). I’d suggest grabbing whatever crash reports you can and send them to Adobe or check the Adobe boards to see if anyone else is having the same issue(s).
