  why 75% color bar test pattern colors overlap

  A bunch of friends and I are at a standstill! Originally one of us questioned why, 75% color bar test pattern colors overlap on a Folsom Image pro 3g, we then realized it was also happening on an HD as well. Anyway, 10 or 15 opinions later I was on a gig and saw the same thing happening on a Sony processor only, the overlap was much more visible.
  Each time we were working in 1080p, not that this might not arise in any other configuration, that’s just what we were working in. as far as the other patterns go they were fine.
  I would matter of fact we all would really appreciate an outside opinion.
