I saw a thread over in the AE board where some of the guys where saying that thier renders would stop after 10 minutes, no matter what project they were working on. They had to go back to 7.3.1, and all was well.

i have been told to avoid this for now but some pretty smart people, but i always enjoy the entertainment value of people running headfirst into danger. keeps it interesting and not my headache….

uncompressed is visibly better…

I have upgraded my Dual G5 Power PC (AJA IO/LH) machine with no issues, and also my Octocore and MBP using the MXO with no issues. But then again, I haven’t been using AE for any projects lately!
