    I need a little help.

I’m in the process of finishing the color timing of a feature. I did all of the grading in Apple Color in 20 minute chunks (because of Color’s limitations.) After doing the “send to FCP” option, each 20 minute segment turned out fine in FCP. However, the sequence that I am using to re-assemble the 20 minute pieces needs has red across the entire render bar. (The 20 minute chunks need no rendering – they play fine)

The sequence is the same format and frame rate as the smaller chunks (1080p 1080×1920 10 bit uncompressed) so it’s not like I’m dropping it into a prores sequence or a different resolution. What is going on? Am I missing something?

    Thank you so much!

Triple check your sequence settings. Are you mixing 24p and 2398psf?

Sequence and clips are both 23.98.
