i remember being in london years ago and having a look at a fairly interesting but slightly complicated grading system being developed by the name of russell square. where can i find more info? it had 2 huge trackballs and seemed to do all kinds of tricks if you could figure out how to use it…

It was invented and made by my good friend and our expert technician Mike Waldie (together with some others). Contact me by email if you want his contact details.

thanks for the reply…i remember meeting mike and checking out the thing but i can only remember that it had 2 huge trackballs and worked with layers and keying and was way ahead of its time…it just seemed like a real steep learning curve to get away from traditional way of working but maybe its time to revisit it. would love to find some specs and pictures……….

Allthough I´ve never seen the system myself, Mike has told me a lot about it and it was WAY ahead of its time. I don´t have any photos or specs I´m afraid.

Years ago we had a demo, but frankly, I can’t remember anything about it…
