We’re shooting a whiteboard time lapse(1 frame/sec), and I’m wondering if there is any advantage to editing such clips in AE as opposed to PPro? Right now I’m testing and viewing the clips in PPro, but from what I’m seeing online is that most seem to go with AE for this.

I have used both, to be honest.

It really depends if you need any post-work on the time lapse, which generally depends on how well the photos for the timelapse were shot, in my opinion.

If the shoot is well shot and the clips look fine in Premiere, then go for it.
