  white frame showing up in Avid Adrenaline

  I have a client who is having an issue importing my quicktime animation into their Avid Adrenaline Systems (PC). They are getting random white frames. the odd thing is that they are not corrupted frames, but added. In other words, if they edit them out the animation plays fine. Has anyone run into this before?
