    We’ve been seeing white dots at random times when we’re rendering our projects in FCP. These files did not have any artifacts when they were captured or imported.
    We’ve performed the general maintenance of trashing preferences and rebuilding permissions on the drives. Resulting no change in our problem. Even though we use a KONA card, we suspect the problem is coming from the MAC.

    We’re curious if any one has experienced this problem in the past and have any solutions.

    I have seen this once before.

    It was caused directly by the built in final cut pro titling plugin.

    title3d works fine though.
