White bars when exporting from Premiere Pro CC 2018
Hi everybody,
I’ve exported several videos now with Premiere Pro CC 2018 and it worked just fine. However, the last two videos that I exported for instagram (9:16) had white bars on the right side of the screen in some of the scenes (see the attached still
). I restarted Premiere, nested all the sequences and even reinstalled Premiere but the error reoccurred.
It really sucks because you put so much effort into editing and then you can’t export it properly… Does anyone have an idea how to fix this issue? I would really grateful for any help!P. S: I don’t know whether the computer really matters but here are the specs anyway:

What are your exact export/sequence settings? Are you using any effects?

The settings are 9:16, H.264, high bit rate, render at max. depth. I tried out various settings because I thought at first that it might be that it can’t handle the VBR 2 pass or my bit rate settings so I just left it at ‘match source – high bit rate’ but nothing changed.I don’t have any visual effects but a lot of speed ramping and one or two gradient wipe effects. I’ll try to attach the dropbox link to the video, that might help.

By exact I mean the _exact_ export settings. Like a screencapture of your settings if you don’t want to write them out.
