    Greetings!

I have a client that is specifically requesting that blacks in my composition be set to 10-10-10 and whites to 245-245-245. I’m a newbie at all of this, so I have no idea on how to change this in After effects, or if it can be done at all..

    Any help would be appreciated..

    Thanks!

    Bryan

Use the levels filter and set the black & white output points to “10” & “245” respectively.

Bryan, there is a special forum for beginners in AE here on the COW. It’s the After Effects Basics forum. The people who answer questions there are just as good as those here (in fact a lot of them are the same people), they’re just a lot more tolerant of Newbie-type questions over there. So if you have what you think may be a basic question, you can post it there without having to apologize for being green.

Although, come to think of it, aren’t we all supposed to be “going green”?
