Whichever of these two do you use, or maybe another? (for first line corrections on photos)

So im getting into photoshop again efter abstaining for some years, well i abstained from every part of editing in most part of different reasons not neccesary to bring up here so i wont.
Anyway, im a curios guy and Im really interested in hearing what you would prefer of these two programs in the terms of you know the first edits, corrections on color etc.
Lightroom classic’s built in photo adjustments OR Photoshop’s “Camera Raw” filter ?
And is there any specifik reason for you choosing to correct your photos in lightroom VS photoshop Camera Raw since they atleast to me seem to be able to do the exact same adjustments, please correct me if im wrong thats why i write this!
Or is there any other plugin or whatever that you fancy a bit more?
