    Hey Guys,

Trying to bounce a project of multiple video clips I recorded with my drone, but the final file has artifacts and interference in the video quality, I could use some guidance on this. I have found these solutions online, and I have done what I can so far to resolve the issue.

In the event viewer, I right-clicked each clip, selected ‘Transcode Media’, checked ‘create optimized media’, and ‘proxy media’. It was supposed to be a fix, but it didn’t work.

When sharing (bouncing) the project, I tried all options from Apple devices, Facebook & YouTube, DVD, but only ‘Export File (default)’ produces the best results, which seems logical as it’s a large file, but it isn’t perfect, the final video still contains partial artifacts.

Any suggestions would be great here

Optimized or Proxy media will have zero effect on your output. Unless you have your Canvas menu set to use proxies, then all you get is proxy quality. Be sure it’s set to Original/Optimized before exporting. Also, you may want to delete all the render files for that library before exporting (be sure background rendering is turned off, and never gets turned on every again).

Thanks, Ben. We gave him the same answer over on Apple FCP forums. Tom and I could not reproduce the problem.
