Which Preset?
More and more I find myself creating 1080P videos that contain NO original video. Content included After Effects, 1080P stock video, titles, etc., just no original video.
So, that means I can choose from various presets when I start the project. Is one better than another? These are 99.9% of the time destined for YouTube and the client’s own site.

Sequence settings/preset should match the properties of your source video, especially resolution.
You can export as anything once the edit is done.
