    Hi all,

I would like to know which part of my PC to upgrade first in order to increase the speed at which my current PC renders with AE CS3. My current PC is quite hi-tech as it is but I’d like to know what is the worst part of it, what should I upgrade first.

    My PC is as follows:

    Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit
HDD SATA WD VelociRaptor 300gb 10k rpm
    M/B ECS X58B-A2
    CPU intel core I7-920(1366/2,66GHZ,8mb)
    RAM DDR3 GEIL 6GB 1333
    Video adapter PNY Quadro fx1800 768mb PCI-E
    Power Supply 880 W,USB Hub (8+1)

I have already followed various instructions on the web and on other threads in this forums in order to make the best adjustments on the AE program itself (mainly these here https://livedocs.adobe.com/en_US/Afte…205D4FB7.html).

Could you help me out? I’m pretty tech savvy, but don’t know too much about rendering.

    Thanks in advance to all.

    M.

If I had your system, I’d get some more RAM first.
