I’m upgrading to q6600 and reg using all cs3, Do you rec. winxp64 or stay with 32? I’m using quadrofx 3000 agp. Is there good xvid,wmv,h264 support? Will it make any difference at all with only 2gb ram? ( the only mb that uses agp only allows for 2gb). Are there java and flash plugins for browsing?

2GB is probably OK for most things. Occasionally it will take a little longer to do something, but you should be OK.
Stay with WinXP 32. If you need a plugin, your browser will tell you.
