  Which of these is the best option for Premiere Pro and Photoshop?

  Hi!

  I need a computer to basically use Premiere Pro, Photoshop and some After Effects. Which configuration is best? the difference between these settings will make much difference in the rendering of video and use Photoshop?

  1 – i7-4790 with Intel 4600.

  2 – fx8350 with sapphire hd6970.

  3 – fx6300 with sapphire r9 280x.
