Which Mac Pro is faster for FCP 7?
Can someone tell me which of these two Mac Pros would deliver better/faster FCP (7.0) results:
1. Mac Pro 1.1 running 2 x Intel Xeons at 2GHz per CPU (each CPU dual core)- with ATi Radeon HD 5770 1GB graphics card 5GB of RAM
2. Mac Pro 1.1 4-Core Xeon, 2 x Dual 2.66GHz – with ATi Radeon XT1900 512MB graphics card with 12GB RAM.
I want to run FCP 7.0. Does one have the edge over rendering times and playback etc. The OSX is either Lion or Leopard, respectively.
