  Which is better render: high precisionYUV or 8 bitYUV in DV project

  Just want to get profeshional opinion on high precision or 8bit render on FCP HD. Is one better than the other for titles on video? multiple layers of video? etc. Should one use superwhites due to the fact it’s out of legal safe… what’s best combo for DV project.
