    Which is best for today’s TV’s? Upper, Lower, or None for the field interpolation when making a movie. I just did a project with some imported photo and some of them were strobing. Thank for the advice.

    The answer depends on what system you are going to be using for playback, HD-Upper. Standard Def-Lower. Computer-progressive.
