Wow, that was quick. So … one other question. Can I upgrade my Final Cut Pro or do I have to just buy the 6.0.2.? If yes, I’m in the UK – is it safe to buy online?

There is an upgrade path from FCP5.1 to Final Cut Studio 2. You can find the price on the Apple web site.
