  which codec to use

  when exporting movie from PPro 3 on MAC to be used on a windows PPro 3 time line – the .mov files created on the mac take a long time to render in the pc time line. is anyone else having this problem? which codec should i use that will be beneficial to both pc and mac versions of PPro?
