Which codec is better, Animation or Lossless avi
I learned After Effects on the Mac, and was taught to always render files with the Animation codec before compressing them to an flv (via Sorenson Squeeze). I now use a PC, so is there any advantage to rendering using the Lossless preset which creates an uncompressed avi?

All of my After Effects Renders on my PC are rendered out as Quicktime Files using the animation codec I believe. I know Andrew Kramer mentioned it in his blog on http://www.videocopilot.net/blog. I think it was last month.
