Which AVCHD preset should I use in PPro CS4?
I’m working with AVCHD clips recorded in 30p mode on a Canon Vixia HF-S100, which actually show up as 29.97fps in Premiere Pro.
Should I be using the AVCHD1080i30 (60i) preset or the AVCHD1080p30 preset? Does it even make a difference?

Transfer the video to 35mm anamorphic internegative film. Make an interpositive therefrom. Now unsqueeze the image onto a timed and color-corrected VistaVision negative.
