Where to get Log&transfer PlugIn & Plural Eyes Software
Hi Everybody,
I don’t seem to find the Log&Transfer Plug In for FCP on the Net for the Canon 7D.
Any idea where I could get it?And another one: I see, that there’s just Plural Eyes Software available for MAC, the Dual Eyes not. Can I also sync up Audio and Video for the Canon 7D with the Plural Eyes Software?

The Plugin can be downloaded from Canon, If you go to https://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/products/cameras/slr_cameras/eos_7d#DriversAndSoftware
then select Mac OS/X as your operating system you should get the plugin. As for pluraleyes:
https://www.singularsoftware.com/pluraleyes.htmlAnd yes, it syncs audio as well which is how I use it. Capture sound in both 7D and H4 and use pluraleyes to do the hard bit. You should try and get half decent camera sound though even if you are mastering off a second device, as this gives the software a better chance of syncing.

Plural Eyes is actually the better of the two packages so yes you definitly can sync using it, that’s what it is made for, the other package is meant to be less expensive version with a bit more limited capabilities…it is coming for the Mac but you will have to wait a bit, it’s in development
