    Hi all…
I’ve pretty much changed everything over to the new computer and I’ve been using it for a few weeks with good results. Today I had a client call wanting a revision to a spot I did about a year ago. No problem. I copied all the files from the trusty old G4 into the G5, copied the project, reconnected everything and was good to go. Or at least I thought. One little problem. One of the spots has a phone number with an effect using Trapcode’s “Shine” plug. It looks like when I copied the plugins from the old computer, the registration number didn’t come over. I haven’t used Shine since moving over to the G5. I’ve spent a good deal of time looking thru the old computer trying to figure out where the unlock code “lives”. Of course, I don’t know where the documentation for the plug is. Those of you that know me, know I’m lucky I can actually find the computer some days.Organized I ain’t.
Anyhow, anyone know where this thing is stored and how I might find it?
    Thanks in advance.

You should write Peder Norrby at Trapcode. — peder at trapcode dot com

He should have a record of your purchase and give you your unlock code.

Thanks, I’ll give him a try. It’s been a while since I’ve had to register this. I probably have the email stashed away somewhere…about three computers ago.
