Where has the red gamut gone on ULTRASCOPE?!
Just got my Ultrascope system going again having it out of action since the start of the year. Upon installing 1.5 software, the red gamut on the B&W waveform is gone. This was probably the best feature of 1.2 software.
I followed the steps outlined in the manual to use the logging to identify illegal videos but this new 1.5 “improvement” goes contrary to what I believe as scope is good for.
I like to glance over to the scopes and see instantly if my video is clipping. The red gamut made this very easy. I don’t want to have to read a multi-line log-screen; I just want to see it graphically in real time.

This is weird. Unistalled 1.5 drivers and re-installed 1.42 drivers with the same result. The B&W waveform won’t display over 100 IRE or show any red gamut. Could the Decklink HD Extreme 3D or Premiere CS5.5 be limiting the HD-SDI output to 100 IRE? I can’t see any adjustments or controls to that effect.

I also have now gamut display in Waveform. Running 1.5.9
