  Where does Premiere Pro CS6 store the video codecs, specifically Flash On2 VP6A

  I did a complete re-install of my whole MacPro system, including CS6 Master Collection. I updated everything.

  Now, Flash encoding (Media Export in PremPro, queued to Media Encoder) is MUCH worse (at 500kbps, it is extremely grainy, whereas it used to be quite acceptable).Plus when I program 500kbps, it comes out 2.3 Mbps. I have to select 125kbps to get it to encode actual 500kbps. All these figures are reading the actual stream in MPEG Streamclip with the Permian plugin active for Flash. I have many old .flv files to look at and compare. They look terrific at 500kbps.

  I am thinking it is some problem with the newest Flash Codecs (I see where Google Chrome owns On2 VP6A, and maybe Adobe does not license it anymore?

  I have the old system drive available on my RAID tower, so that if I knew where the codecs are stored, I could just copy.

  I noticed that they may be in different places (for instance the ProRes codecs seem to be in (username)/Documents/Adobe/ProRes for some unknown reason.)

  Any help would be much appreciated. Please don’t dis me for still using Flash. It is the ONLY streamable Codec that encodes Alpha Channel, and I do Walk-On Videos for dozens of clients.
