  Where do you install third party plugins/transitions? (Mac, CC)

  I can’t find the folder that you put files in to load into Premiere. I’m trying to get Too Much Too Soon filters to work, I’ve downloaded the txt files that appear to be scripts, but I can’t figure out where they go in Premiere to make them actual effects.

  Also, my Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common doesn’t have any folders in it called plugins.
