  Where are my VST effects?

  I am currently switching from Sony Vegas Pro to Premiere Pro. In Vegas I just had to direct the softeare to find all my VST effects, it was very easy. However, I can’t do the same in Premiere Pro. I searched under “Help” and all it said was that Premiere Pro automaticly finds VST effects and adds them to the VST effects folder unless those effects are not 64 bit. All my VST effects are 64 bit, so that is not the issue. Is there anything I can do to add my effects to premiere? Thank you.
