    When will RED’s colour picker be fixed???

    I just downloaded & installed RED 5.1.4.583 (32bit for Mac) for use with Media100 Suite2.1.

    The colour picker still doesn’t work correctly. Just random colours. As often as I like to use the colour picker, this has been EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! Any idea when it will be fixed?

    Hi Jaeson,

    I apologize on behalf of the company for the frustration that this may have caused you. I don’t quite know the reason for the delay in getting this fix out there but I’ll ask engineering to elevate this issue.

    in the meantime, there is a workaround. If you click on the color swatch the system color picker will let you pick color with the eyedropper tool.
