When using stabilizer, I get bad aliasing.
Forgive my ignorance, I think “aliasing” is the term when I get horizontal pixilation looking issues? When I stabilize a clip, it becomes very bad looking in this respect. Will this disappear when rendering?

It sounds like your video might be interlaced and you are not deinterlacing it properly. Can you post a picture of your project properties?
