When rendering project, it stops at 57% and it says system is low on memory, close other applications…

HiJohn,
There’s no yellow question mark at all in my Device Manager…the .m2t play fine with Nero showtime and premiere pro also load up properly..only with Vegas x64 in WIN XP Pro x64.
Main Concept MPEG2 issue in Vegas?
Thanks in advance for any suggestion except changing OS to Vista or Win7

Hi: a trick I pull when Vegas refuses to render is as follows:

1 Save your problematic project as
2 Select the entire timeline and hit delete
3 Open a second instance of Vegas with the problematic .veg file
4 Select the entire timeline and copy and paste this into project
5 Try to render this

I’m using Windows 7 64 bit,- but this may be worth a try as it has got me out of a hole several times.

Thank you DAVE, I solved it by rendering the edited AVCHD project into MP4. I will consider your solution as well.
