When I try to import project Media – goes Not Responding
Movie Studio Platinum 12 on W7 64bit, 32GB RAM
I have a reasonable number of HD recordings that I wish to get into SMS
I create new project as normal .. set project to be 1920 x 1080 25fps(PAL) which matches the media.
When I go to next logical step of import media .. when I try to add file .. SMS goes “Not Responding” and after a few minutes cancels the operation.
The files are good, and play on my PC with WMP or MPC
I have seen others with same issue and the advice was change file type to .mpg …. this makes no difference.
Is there an issue with support of .ts files ?
Hope I don’t have to convert them all first.Mediainfo for one of the files attached:

Im here wondering if its a limitation in the Studio Platinum version

OK … I imported file into VideoRedo and ran the Quick Stream Fix
The resultant files now play fine in Splash, VLC, MPC, WMP
However when I import into MSP it plays the video but no audio – and no errors given.
