  • When i remove subclip limits, the clip content changes

I’m working on a project. I’ve been making subclips by draging extended subclips into the timeline, hitting Shift-F, being told there is no master clip in the browser and making one when prompted.

With the resulting subclips, I remove subclip limits in case I want to tack on a bit in front or back. For most of my clips, when I remove limits, it works fine and the new clip in the viewer has the original masterclip with the markers ins and outs as the clips in and out point. I have a few clips, however, that when I remove the limits, the clip changes and it revers to the beginning of the master clip it came from.

Anyone ever have this problem? Some subclips from the same master clip work fine when I remove the limits, but others do not. I wonder if there is one thing to click or check to solve this.
