  When I download a vector all I get is a blank Illustrator document

  Hi
  I’m new to Illustrator. I subscribed to one of those websites to download vectors. When I download the vector and open it up in Illustrator, all I get is a blank document. The file format is .scribe when I download it. What do you think I’m doing wrong?
