    You’re using Vegas 6, right?
It means that the event has become ungrouped (audio no longer synced to video).
Right-click the audio or video event and select “Synchronize – By Moving”.

It simply means that your audio and video are no longer in sync. It will also tell you the amount it is off sync. You can right-click either event, choose “Synchronize”, and then pick either “By Moving” or “By Slipping”. By Moving will move the event back into sync. By Slipping will leave the event in the same place but will “slip” the section shown so that it is in sync.

How come that if you do a video only insert edit, it thinks it’s out od sync
and gives you a pink clip with red numbers indicating hoe much you’re out
of sync. Can you override this, when you make video only edits?
