When can we buy P2 8gigs
I am in LA and want to buy this camera as soon as it is available for a local purchase. Any word on when a consumer can buy an 8gig card?

Right now, but they are in short supply. I suggest you find a dealer that is an authorized vendor and place your order. Not many will have these sitting on a shelf for the next couple of months at least. We are delivering just not enough to meet demand.
