Im planning some shots for a short film and I’m wondering…

    1) Do you know the name of the shot where there are 2 or 3 cameras filming the same object but from a slightly different angle? I suppose it’s like bullet time but not 360º

2)Can you tell me any other examples of this in music vids or film/tv?

One old music video comes to mind:

Wang Chung “Everybody Wang Chung tonight”, which may not be the first time this was done, but it’s the first one I remember seeing. It’s a cheat in that it’s actually editing between two very similar takes, not two camera on the *same* take.

INXS might have done something like this too but I’d have to go back and look for it.

What you call it? I dunno, maybe the Nimslo illusion?

Fantastic typing in Nimslo gives me loads of examples and will be much easier to continue my search

    Thanks a lot!!
