What’s the skinny on Maxwell Render’s support team?

Hi,

without condemning the maxwell guys, their customer service policy is rather…hmm, how can I put this…unresponsive. 🙂
Really, there have been discussions about this and the maxwell render engine in generel in several forums by disappointed c4d-maxwell users.

Next Limit’s customer support is abysmal–the worst I’ve ever seen.

In fairness, I was warned prior to my research about Maxwell Render’s practices…and I didn’t listen. (THUD as my head hits the desk).

Everyone here has stressed the Advanced Render module and Final Render for C4D…and considering the current lack of communication with them, I can’t justify the purchase at present.
