  • What’s the key stroke combo that makes Canvas image go full screen?

I’ve forgotten and can’t find in the manual the key stroke combination that lets you expand your footage in the Canvas to the whole screen. Can anyone tell me what it is?

    Thanks

Command F12, but your video output settings have to be correct as well for this to work.

    Thanks for the reply.

Command + F12 isn’t working for me so it must be my settings elsewhere, as you suggest. Any idea what I should be changing? Are they settings in FC or on my MAC, etc.?

    Thanks.

    Kyle,

Did a bit of looking and found that in “Audio-Video Settings/AV Devices/Playback Output” I did not have “Digital Cinema Display Preview – Main” selected. When it was “Command F12” works. I also note that “Mirror on Desktop” is checked on that page. Maybe that’s important too.

    Thanks.

Your final cut settings view>video playback. If you want it to take up your computer monitor you’re looking for digital cinema desktop preview.
