We’re working on a wild life project that will use some game camera video that is 640 x 480. What is the best way to up-res it? Bringing it into Premiere Pro and scaling it up looks like crap. I realize there is no “magic” solution for this, but what is the best technique for making it look the “best” that we can?

Thanks. I had a vague recollection of hearing about something like this at NAB this past year. Now I know exactly what it is.
