By “these” I presume you are referring to visual elements which would be best described if you posted a still – otherwise we have no idea what “they” are…

From what I read on the source website they come in PNG sequences with alpha- that means that you have control over the ribbons only. It’s just applying a Hue/Saturation and tweaking the color… I may not understand your issue but this seems pretty straight forward.
