  Whats the best compressor for Time-Code Accuracy in Low-Res

  I am trying to make outputs for my sound mixer to work with. I am working in and HDV timeline and I have no HDV deck so making a tape does not seem possible. (if anyone can tell me how a downconvert to SD is possible from a mixed res project that would be cool). But for this question I am just trying to figure out what compression I should use when creating the quicktime to send to the mixer. Is there any info on which one would be most time-code accurate? Please help!!
