  What’s happening at Apple?!

  Hello,

  Sadly, I have had a pretty rough time these past few months managing videos taken with an iPhone 11 Pro Max and imported to the 16″ MacBook Pro Catalina Photos app. Support at Apple tends to end with “We will figure the problem out and get back to you. They mostly don’t. I could really use some practical advice. How does one best lodge a complaint to the management level of iOS and Photos support (or otherwise get action). Jeez, this time they have left me unable to record with my phone and an empty MBP test library as well.

  Secondly, what would be an alternate application for my multiple photo/iPhotos libraries who’s files are ultimately destined for FCPX? Yes, I will post this second question more completely in the FCPX forum.
