  What’s are some good visual and especially light distortion effects?

  I am using overdrive and god rays to simulate an “abundance of blue artificial light” in my video. What are some of your favorite light filters, or where can I find a tutorial or video with images/examples of every single video effect filter? Is there even a plug-in that simulates lightning or chromatic effects from a single source?

  Also, what are good sound filters that simulate static, or the distortion of sound?

  Thanks very much, I know I can experiment but I am wondering what your suggestions are, since I haven’t used that many filters yet!
