Digidesign has a Digidesign Users Group (DUC) on their site.

You can’t do much better than the DUC. Some of use spend half our lives on there and every question that has an answer gets one very quickly. If you’re experiencing some kind of bug, Technical Support also monitors the forum and chimes in once in a while.

Yep, the DUC is the best forum for Protools support… Digi listens in as well as many of the top plugin developers.

I agree to the digidesign option, but JUST to give an alternative source of reading, the sound on sound site has a good pro tools section in the technique area.
    Good tips hiding there
